Circulist Thought

Social Theory

For the last half century, we have experienced the extremities and failures of both corporatism and collectivism. Both ideologies, in practice, have centralized power into a few hands, whether they be multinational corporations or authoritarian governments. This had led to techno-feudalism and neo-feudalism, media consolidation, environmental degradation, increased economic inequality, and lowered quality of life metrics. This has harmed the health, environment, and finances of the citizenry.
Social Theory
We seek a middle path that allows for a moderate decentralization of power into the hands of communities, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, small business owners, creators, and local stakeholders. We have a particular focus on resource justice and land justice, nonprofit journalism, environmental sustainability, fulfilling basic needs and access to education, and human security.

Circularity Charter

Social Contract

The concept of circularity is one of the most important aspects of Circulism, and a major commitment we owe to each other. We are currently drafting a Charter of Circularity based on the six categories below. Each of these is an important step in making the entire supply chain and product lifecycle sustainable. They encompass conception, cultivation, creation, coordination, commercialization, and conversion.

Stakeholder Engagement

Social Marketing

We work with social and cultural entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and social businesses to strengthen their brand narratives through content creation. There are worthy causes and organizations that lack a cohesive future narrative to visualize the common good in a way that stakeholders and consumers may understand. We believe all organizations hold the capacity for creative disruption on a micro level and interstitial revolution on a macro level.

Interstitial Revolution
Social Entrepreneurship

Social Entrepreneurship

Interstitial revolution is a strategy to work within a broken system to make marginal improvements until either the system is fully revolutionized or replaced with a better one. We have applied this concept to our portfolio of social enterprises, nonprofits, and community projects, each of which target a specific social issue. As they grow, we are building ecosystems and advocacy networks between them to allow resource and knowledge sharing.

Social Artivism

There may be situations where a social issue requires public awareness and advocacy, rather than entrepreneurial action. An example of this is systemic top down issues requiring political policy reforms. As such, the intersection between art and activism is an effective tool to convey humanitarian messages, including collective future narratives for the common good. We are working on a number of artivism campaigns to address specific social issues.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.
